Starting from the field of business of household porcelain and art ceramic products in 1993, Long Phuong company established the premium household porcelain factories with 05 manufactories located in the area of Hap Linh industry zone - Bac Ninh City- Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam in 2002. Over years of building credibility in the market, so far, our company has become the official supplying factory of the premium household porcelain products, with wide distribution network across 64 provinces nationwide. In 2005, the company prepared and developed a quality management system ISO 9001:2000 and was certified by UKAS GLOBAL organization in the UK to be issued with the certificate of quality management system standard ISO 9001:2008. By 2010, the Company has updated the new version of ISO 9001: 2008. In 2016, the company updated to the version of ISO 9001: 2015 positively contributing to the management apparatus to keep up with the market development as well as the growth of company itself. In particular, the entire machinery and equipment system of the company is considered modern, ensuring the requirements of diversifying and improving the product quality, reasonable with the market and consumer tastes. Thus currently, the synchronous investment and improvement to adjust from gas burning in a furnace to continuous tunnel furnace technology, increasing its capacity from 30,000 products per day to 100,000 products per day, average factory capacity: 3,000,000 products/month. In addition, the roll-tech molding has also been improved and invested in a highest-level synchronous and automated production line with a capacity of 1,000 products per hour. The fully high-level automatic enamel application technology has also been introduced to improve the goods quality. The application in material technology in the raw materials workshop, in which such application can keep up with the developed countries such as high aluminium liner, high aluminium ball, using 100% raw enamel to reach a clean and safe standard of products. Up to now, Long Phuong's products have met the domestic and international standards, through the inspection of Vietnamese law and strict requirements of American or European standards. The products are exported to the European, Asian and ASEAN markets through the domestic and international Partners.
